Ready to carry yourself with confidence?

You remember a time when feeling down, anxious, or stuck weren’t the “norm”, but those days feel like a distant memory. Do you wish you had the tools to change that?

You've come to the right place

I’m Nick Lueloff, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Men's Therapist. I help men just like you: ones that have it within them to be the person they want to be, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, navigate conflict, and manage emotions by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand their thought patterns and identify actions that increase fulfillment.

Men are often deterred by therapy because of a belief that you have to be ‘touchy-feely’ or the ‘sensitive type’ to make progress or see positive results. That is not always true. I take a rational, logical approach to therapy that allows us to understand how our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions interact with each other and sometimes create negative cycles.

First, we identify patterns of negative thoughts that are causing you to feel stuck, depressed, or anxious. Then, we build skills that allow you to challenge and shift these negative patterns in a way that is most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped to challenge negative thinking, navigate relationships more effectively, and manage anxiety successfully.

I'm dedicated to helping men find their confidence.

My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when you no longer want to feel bogged down and stuck. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a man struggling with depression and anxiety, right?

I get it because I’ve experienced depression and sought therapy to help. I get it because I’ve been mired with anxiety and found ways to effectively manage it. I know that feeling of not being good enough and being a burden. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained men's therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
